All things considered, a good weekend, finished with first competition run of the year, Children’s Cancer Run 2012 - ~4/5 miles, 38 minutes.
eating today: cinder toffee, iced bun, rhubarb crumble, quiche lorraine, piccalilli and insanely good salted caramel tart - part of today’s haul from spring graze.
despite being labelled crap before it had even started, s5 of mad men has been great so far.
case in point, lane sticking it to bitchface, brilliant.
9 miles to get home, challenge accepted.

i’ve been really busy. really quite enjoying my new job and trying to not waste away the nights.
after three years running, today i learned that sometimes it’s nice to just go for a run for the sake of enjoying running. put away the nike+, put aside the pb’s, and just enjoy a run along the coast with just your thoughts and some 1990’s beats.
